An adapted postcard of Velázquez’s masterpiece, Las Meninas has been produced for the exhibition Enough is Definitely Enough at General Practice in Lincoln, UK.
The exhibition features a huge variety of different artistic responses, from over 40 contemporary artists, to the Spanish painter’s masterpiece - arguably the most widely interpreted of all paintings.

Over 40 contemporary artists have made new artworks in response to a postcard version of Velázquez’s masterpiece, Las Meninas for an exhibition at General Practice in Lincoln.
The Alternative Document exhibition runs alongside an international symposium of the same name, which brings together artists working in performance and the documentation of events/activities/moments.
A new work, 'Three - Nine', by Andrew Pepper, has been included in the exhibition, at the University of Lincoln's Project Space Plus, and brings together recent experimentation and exploration around the unsupported mark, there-ness and the peripheral view.

Curated by Dr. Angela Bartram, the exhibition includes key works in photography, holography, video, text, performance, audio, sculpture, neon and projection.

A new work by Andrew Pepper has been installed in the Alternative Document Exhibition, curated by Dr. Angela Bartram, along with an accompanying symposium at the university of Lincoln, UK.
'Three - Nine', 2016 is made up of three 35mm slide projectors (on gallery plinths) which illuminate the gallery wall and a centrally positioned digital hologram.

As part of the fine art course at the University of Lincoln, UK, staff offer research based elective sessions for students.
These tend to reflect staff research interests and offer a series of practice-based seminars in which students and staff make, explore, experiment and investigate.
Andrew Pepper has delivered several electives within this model. The most recent covering 4 two hour sessions spread over 4 weeks.
Participants investigate practical and low-tech light projection using 35 mm and overhead projectors. Luminous marks are projected across the workshop spaces onto existing architecture, flexible and translucent screens, thread, fabric, mist and the participants themselves.
